Outstanding service..we was having our travel trailer transported from Phoenix to Pinetop when there was a blow out on the trailer....called PRO TIRE AND AUTOMOTIVE...They came immediately to hook up with the driver to replace all 5 tires ... Very special people at this business...so glad we found them...you will be also.

On a recent trip from Phoenix to Strawberry, I had experienced brake trouble. As an out-of-towner needing an emergency repair, Payson Tire Pros took exceptionally good care of me. Brian and his staff were knowledgeable, friendly, honest and professional. They were able to quickly complete the job and turned a stressful situation into a smooth and easy transaction. The repair costs were very reasonable and they have amazing customer service! If I ever have the good fortune of moving to the area, I know where I'll be taking my vehicle for my automotive needs! I had a tire separation on my truck while heading up to Heber with my toyhauler during the busy 4th of July weekend. I stopped at an unnamed well known tire store on the main highway to get me going again. They checked for a tire and said they didnt have anything and after that they just ignored me. I didnt have the proper tools to change the spare so I drove over to Payson tire Pros and they took care of me instantly. They put my spare on in just a few minutes and were just great to work with. I will never go anywhere other than Payson Tire Pros when in this area. Thank you for saving our trip.
