On June 21st, my wife and I, while less than 2 hours into a 2200 mile trip to Michigan's Upper Peninsula developed car troubles and thinking it may have been transmission issues, I pulled over as we came into Payson and just as I was pulling over to do a search on my phone for a repair shop, there was a billboard advertising Payson Tire Pros & Automotive as a transmission repair shop. I immediately headed there and although they were very busy, with every repair bay filled and a lot full of cars waiting for repairs. I went into the office and told my story to a gentleman who immediately came out looked at our vehicle and after hearing my story knew exactly what the problem was. He suggested that I go and wait in their waiting area, they dropped everything and had us on our way in less than an hour. They could have very easily told us they were far too busy and knowing that we were merely passing through and would likely never see us again, they went above and beyond and to help us out and get us on our way. They were the nicest people and were trully a Godsend when it came to helping a stranger in trouble. Thank you Payson Tire Pros, you are truly awesome.
