We had a flat tire on an RV that is a rare truck size. We hoped that they could repair it, but it was ripped. We left it there over the weekend. The tire supply was not open until Monday. On Monday, they inspected it closer to find out that we needed 4 tires instead. They ordered the tires that day at a discounted price. On Wednesday before the holiday, 3 tires came in. The tire supply had shipped the 4th one to a different state?! On Friday, after the holiday, they sent someone to come down to Phoenix to get the 4th tire. We were able to pick it up after hours due to the mix up. Great customer service 👍

Blew out a tire on the war from Phoenix to show low late on a Friday afternoon. Was able to leave the car at the shop Friday night, call them to replace all 4 of the tires Saturday morning And pick up on Sunday on our back from show low. Even sold us a full size rim and mounted one of my good tires on it so we wouldn't get stuck again. $360 out the door, definitely would recommend this shop!!

Called in to see about getting my tire fixed cause I popped it up the the forest and eric answered the call and met me at the shop within 15 minutes. Assessed the problem with the tire and promptly fixed it for us and got us back on the road. I would highly recommend payson tire to anyone in the area. Very impressed with the service we recieved

I had a nail in a tire twice in different tires in just a few days... going to a tire shop to get a repair is typically a drag but they are so nice and good at what they do I left there with a smile both times... shout out to Keaton for being so helpful...
